New Program of the ICMS – Quantum Groups and Cluster Algebras

The International Center for Mathematical Sciences – Sofia (ICMS-Sofia) is happy to announce that based on a strong selection process done by the Recruitment committee, the Advisory Board of ICMS-Sofia approved

Prof. Milen Yakimov
as a Chair of a new program Quantum Groups and Cluster Algebras

This is a 5-year program (with potential for prolongation for another 5-year period) which is financially supported by Simons Foundation grant and funds from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Chair will establish his own research group in hot area of mathematics and will ensure a completely new international visibility of ICMS-Sofia and the scientific research in Bulgaria.
