A closer look at the definition of atoms and functoriality

Abstract: We will begin by making a closer examination of the definition and construction of atoms using $F$-bundles for general classical $(G, \epsilon_G)$-symmetric Weil cohomology theories, and consider possible simplifications. In particular, we will try to make sense of what role is played by all the different components making up an $F$-bundle. Once we have done this, if time permits, we will consider possible functorial constructions of local atoms.
