Symplectic and Complex Geometry

The conference commemorates Yakov Eliashberg’s 80th birthday featuring his remarkable contributions in the field of symplectic and contact topology. It brings together leading senior researchers and promising early-career scholars working in the field of symplectic and complex geometry, and seeks to give young scholars from South-Eastern Europe the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge research and meet leading experts from around the world. The event is jointly organised by the International Centre for Mathematical Sciences (ICMS‑Sofia) at the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, and the Institute for the Mathematical Sciences of the Americas (IMSA) at the University of Miami.
